Problem Note 56577: When you query a DB2 table using a SELECT clause in SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ODBC, character dates are returned instead of numeric dates

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

If an SQL query contains the MAX function and TODAY function in the SELECT clause, SAS sends the current date to DB2 in character format rather than numeric format.

To work around this issue, remove the MAX function from the SELECT clause and specify MAX in a separate query.
